We are so excited to host the first Kirtan at the Holistic Healing shed during the Spring Equinox with Divine Kirtan!
Expect beautiful musicians coming in to take us through mellow melodies as we chant the divine mantras together ✨
Kirtan is the soulful singing or chanting of the divine names, which is based on tradition of Bhakti Yoga (Devotional Yoga). It is said, when one chants these names with sincerity, one experiences deep connection within them to something bigger than them. Everyone is welcome for this event, it doesn't matter what background or religion or faith one follows, this event is open to all.
🧘♀️What to Bring: your BEAUTIFUL SELF, comfortable clothes, a water bottle and optional to bring a cushion / yoga pillow.
Because we’re expecting quite a few people, there will be mattresses and yoga cushions available. But if you have your own and want to be sure you have one to sit on, please feel free to bring it :)

Please remove your shoes, you can bring some comfy socks or slippers/house shoes
